Day 1: Arrival (Welcome to Jordan)

Arrival to Amman, obtaining the visa, Meet your driver at the airport (Queen Alia International Airport) and transfer to the hotel. Overnight at hotel.

Day 2: Amman – Jerash – Ajlun Nature Reserve – Amman

Breakfast at the hotel. Drive to Jerash, a tour through the colonnaded street, amphitheater, Churches, temples and the vast Roman Forum. The best-preserved Roman City Gerasa, which is called Jerash today, and known also as the city of 1.000 pillars. The city golden age come under the Roman rule and the site is now generally acknowledged to be one of the best preserved Roman provincial towns in the world.

Hidden for centuries in sand before being excavated and restored over the past 70 years, Jerash revels a fine example of the grand, formal provincial urbanism that is found throughout the Middle East.  Continue to Ajlun Nature reserve. Ajlun Nature Reserve, a 13 sq km protected area of outstanding beauty and diverse wildlife. Within the reserve are two nature trails and chalet-style accommodation occupying a large grassy clearing, enclosed by oak, pistachio and strawberry trees. The Reserve is home to a herd of breeding roe deer. It is hoped this herd will be released into the forest in the near future to replace the original population, that became extinct due to excessive hunting. Back to Amman hotel for Overnight.

Day 3: Amman – Wadi Mujib nature reserve – Dana Nature reserve

Breakfast at the hotel. The Mujib Nature Reserve, located within the deep Wadi Mujib gorge that enters the Dead Sea at 410m below sea level, is the lowest altitude nature reserve in the world. Furthermore, the Mujib Reserve enjoys a 1,300m variation in elevation between its different parts, as it extends to the Kerak and Madaba mountains to the south and north, which reach 900m above sea level in some places. Hiking in Wadi Mujib for 2 -3 hours, then continue South to Dana nature Reserve. Dana offers a vast diversity of landscapes: There are wooded highlands, rocky slopes, sand dunes, and stony deserts. There is a whole wilderness to explore and a variety of flora and fauna to be discovered. Moreover, visitors have the opportunity to meet and get to know the native people of Dana who have made this their home for the past 400 years, continuing the tradition of settlement in the area that began more than 6,000 years ago. Then proceed to an Eco Lodge for traditional dinner and overnight.

Day 4: Dana Nature reserve – Little Petra – Petra

After the breakfast, start to explore Dana Nature Reserve. Dana offers a vast diversity of landscapes; there are wooded highlands, rocky slopes, sand dunes and stony deserts.  You will see a lot of places, walking for 2- 3 h accompanied by a guide. Continue to visit the Little Petra (the site of Siq El bared). Arrive in the evening in Petra. overnight at the hotel.

Day 5: Petra (full day visit)

Breakfast at the hotel. Visit the unique "Rose-Red" city of Petra, built by the Arab Nabatean’s who hewed their monumental tombs, palaces, temples and treasury from the desert rock’s sandstone in its’ natural hues of rose and gold. You will begin the trip on horseback for 700m till the entrance of the impressive narrow gorge (Siq), leads marvelously to the magical moment, when you can glimpse the Treasury, continue to the street of facades, the Royal Tombs, the Cardo, Temples, Churches, Museums… Back to your hotel for overnight.

Day 6: Petra – Wadi Rum (Jeep Tour)

After the breakfast, transfer to the largest and most magnificent of Jordan's desert of Wadi Rum, (Valley of the moon), The largest and most magnificent of Jordan’s desert landscapes. Tour inside the desert with 4x4 Jeep, for 2 hours, “Vast, Echoing and God like “- there are the words of T.E. Lawrence used in describing Wadi Rum. Dinner and overnight in Wadi Rum.

Day 7: Wadi Rum – Dead Sea – Amman

Breakfast at the camp. Transfer to the lowest spot-on earth, 1306 feet below sea level - the Dead Sea. Enjoy the bizarre but delightful experience of floating" on the surface of buoyant waters, nine times saltier than regular sea water. The therapeutic water of the Dead Sea, combined with the valley’s fertile land and warm climate, have attracted people to live, hunt and farm in the area since the Stone Age. Transfer to Amman for local dinner and overnight

Day 8: Departure

After breakfast. Transfer to QAIA (Queen Alia International Airport) for final departure.
