1
Day 1: Arrival (Welcome to Jordan)

Arrival to Amman, obtaining the visa, Meet your driver at the airport (Queen Alia International Airport) and transfer for overnight at hotel.

Day 2: Amman – As Salt – Jerash – Anjarah – Amman

After breakfast, drive to as-Salt. It is located on the old main highway leading from Amman to Jerusalem. Situated in the Balqa highland, about (790-840) meters above the sea level, the town is built on top of three hills, close to the Jordan River valley. Continue to Jerash, nestled in a quiet valley among the mountains of Gilead, Jerash (Gerasa) is the best-preserved Roman city of the Decapolis. Continue to Anjarah. The ancient town of Anjarah is located in the hills of Gilead east of the Jordan Valley. The town is mentioned in the Bible as a place where Jesus, his mother Mary and his disciples, passed through and rested in a nearby cave. Return to hotel in Amman for overnight.

Day 3: Amman – Pella – Umm Qays – Amman

After breakfast, transfer to Pella. The sites of Penuel (modern-day Pella) and Mahanaim, where Jacob stopped during his flight from Mesopotamia to Canaan. Continue to Umm Qays The old Decapolis city of Gadara (modern-day Umm Qays), with its spectacular panoramic views overlooking the Sea of Galilee, it is the site of Jesus’ miracle of the Gadarene swine. A rare five-aisled basilica from the 4th century was recently discovered and excavated at Umm Qays. It has been built directly over a Roman-Byzantine tomb and has a view into the tomb from the interior of the church. Back to Amman hotel for dinner and overnight.

Day 4: Amman – Madaba – Mount Nebo – Bethany – Dead Sea

Breakfast at the hotel. Drive to Madaba, home of the most famous Byzantine mosaics. Visit the greatest and most significant of all the city’s treasures, the wonderful mosaic map of ancient Palestine, which is located on the floor of the Greek Orthodox Church of St. George. Then Drive along the same route & stop at Mount Nebo, which dates back to the time of the Prophet Moses, around the 12th century BC & is believed to be the site of the Prophet’s burial place and the point from where he viewed the “Holy Land”. Continue to Bethany on the Jordan River, officially known as Baptism Site "Bethany Beyond the Jordan", is an archaeological World Heritage Site in Jordan, on the east bank of the Jordan River, reputed to be the location of the Baptism of Jesus by John the Baptist and venerated as such since at least the Byzantine period.

Then transfer to the Dead Sea; the lowest spot-on earth (417) meters below sea level. The uniqueness of the Dead Sea has been known for centuries. It’s the only place in the world with this particular combination of exclusive spa benefits: peculiar sun radiation (ultra-violet filtered), enriched oxygen atmosphere, mineral-rich salt sea, thermo-mineral springs, and mineral-rich mud. Overnight at your resort.

Day 5: Dead Sea - Petra (Full Day visit)

After the breakfast. Transfer to Petra. Visit the unique "Rose-Red" city of Petra, built by the Arab Nabatean’s who hewed their monumental tombs, palaces, temples and treasury from the desert rock’s sandstone in its’ natural hues of rose and gold. You will  begin  the trip on horseback for 700m till the entrance of the impressive narrow gorge (Siq), leads marvelously to the magical moment, when you can glimpse the Treasury, continue to the street of facades, the Royal Tombs, the Cardo, Temples, Churches, Museums… Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Day 6: Petra –Um AR Rassas – Mukawir – Amman

After breakfast, Drive to Umm AR- Rasas, the Old and New Testaments mention it and got fortified by Romans as well. Where the local Christians were still embellishing it with Byzantine-style mosaics. Then proceed to Mukawir, where It is said that was settled the Herod Antipas´ fortress and where he presented Salome with the head of John the Baptist. Then proceed to your hotel in Amman for overnight.

Day 7: Departure

After breakfast. Transfer to QAIA (Queen Alia International Airport) for final departure.
